TouchPoint is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to oversee facility cleanliness, sanitation, and environmental safety within a healthcare facility. You will lead and develop the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

You will manage daily workflows, assign duties, train staff on cleaning protocols, and handle scheduling, inspections, and supply management to maintain an organized, hospitality‑driven department.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• 2–4 years of housekeeping management experience in a large hospital account.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals.
• Public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility cleanliness, sanitation, and environmental safety in a healthcare facility.
