Job summary

OSS Health seeks an Endpoint Management Technician to deploy, configure, and support Windows-based desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across the organization. You will help ensure devices are secure, up-to-date, and properly configured to support clinicians and staff.

The role collaborates with IT to manage OS updates, software deployments, security policies, and device compliance, while delivering timely user support and documentation in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in IT preferred.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Interest in endpoint management and healthcare IT.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• 1 year IT support or help desk experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or imaging tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with imaging, configuring, patching, and deploying desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Maintain an inventory of endpoint devices and accessories.
• Learn and assist with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, PDQ).
• Apply security updates and ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
• Support devices in clinical environments and patient areas.
• Maintain deployment documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide basic end-user hardware/software support and password resets.
• Respond to IT tickets and escalate complex issues when needed.
