Job summary

OSS Health is seeking an Endpoint Management Technician to deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot computers and endpoint devices across the organization. The role focuses on keeping devices secure, up to date, and properly configured within Windows environments.

You will work with the IT team on configurations, software deployments, OS updates, security policies, and device compliance, supporting staff and clinicians with timely technical help and documentation.

• Basic Windows OS and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Strong desire to learn endpoint management in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist imaging, configuring, patching, and deploying desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Maintain an inventory of endpoint devices and accessories.
• Learn and assist with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, PDQ) to deploy updates and software.
• Help apply security updates and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Set up and support devices in clinical environments (nurse stations, WOWs, exam rooms).
• Maintain documentation and standard deployment procedures.
• Provide basic end-user hardware/software support (password resets, printers, troubleshooting).
• Respond to IT tickets and escalate complex issues as needed.
