Job summary

Insight Global is seeking Level 2 Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale endpoint modernization initiative across Oregon. You will manage end-to-end device deployment, imaging, installation, troubleshooting, and user validation to ensure devices are fully operational and accurately tracked throughout the lifecycle.

The role is hands-on, high-volume, and fast-paced, requiring strong technical skills and independent work in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

3+ years as PC/computer technician or similar role.
Experience with LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
Healthcare environment experience.
Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform device swaps and full replacement workflows for desktops and laptops.
Image and configure devices (Windows 11 upgrades and Windows 10 for exceptions).
Set up workstations with peripherals and cable management.
Conduct functional testing and end-user validation.
Provide onsite and remote hardware/software/network troubleshooting
Support printer and peripheral setup during deployment
Maintain asset tracking and inventory updates
Document deployment activities and resolutions in tracking systems
Adhere to deployment schedules and asset management processes
Deliver strong customer service during device transitions
