Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced supervisor for the Eligibility Services department. The role focuses on leading day-to-day operations, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering high-quality patient financial interactions.

You will monitor productivity, coach staff, collaborate with Medicaid partners, and support departments such as Case Management and Financial Counseling.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels effectively.
• Substantial computer use and strong multitasking ability.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day to day task functionality of the Eligibility Services department.
• Maintains thorough working knowledge of department policies and procedures and applies them as SME for business process questions.
• Monitors individual and team productivity and work quality levels and identifies coaching opportunities.
• Acts as floater to erace deficiencies when work volume spikes or staffing gaps are present.
• Develops & maintains proactive working relationships with county/state/federal Medicaid caseworker partners.
• Works collaboratively with Case Management, Patient Access, Financial Counseling and Physician office staff.
• Ability to travel when needed.
