Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring an IL-based Eligibility Specialist to help members access healthcare and social services. You will interview and coordinate eligibility for Medicaid and state programs, guiding members through applications and resource connections.

You will work with families, providers, and community organizations to ensure timely support, advocating for patient needs while documenting activities in health records and coordinating LTSS/SSI processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Experience in call center or customer service, healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with Medicaid/State benefits application processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to ensure access to care and coordinate home and social assessments.
• Collaborate with members, families, providers, and community organizations.
• Identify referrals for social service programs and assist with eligibility processes.
• Communicate health information to stakeholders to enable timely care.
• Educate members on LTSS, SSI, TANF, ABD, and DHS application steps.
