Designs, builds, and configures within Epic modules; maintains process docs.
Develops and maintains test scripts; performs testing per requirements.
Ensures application changes and upgrades work properly.
Follows change control standards and provides training as needed.
Troubleshoots issues; suggests resolution paths with minimal supervision.
Participates in cross-functional projects; communicates status and milestones.
Acts in meetings as needed; provides status updates to leadership.
Other duties as assigned.
