Job summary

This managerial role requires people leadership, collaboration with clinical staff, educational teams, and external partners, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding proctors, scheduling, supervision, compliance, testing security, and coordinating resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating education or training programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure effective delivery of educational programs.
• Manage Test Proctors, identify and onboard qualified candidates.
• Ensure proctors meet compliance requirements and maintain test security.
• Create and manage proctor schedules and provide supervision and feedback.
• Audit procedures, report incidents, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate resources, rooms, and equipment for testing and labs.
• Direct onboarding for site coordinators and support their first 90 days.
