Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a senior administrator to oversee a comprehensive nursing program across its campuses in California. You will lead curriculum development, clinical site liaison activities, and program compliance while ensuring student success and accreditation readiness.

The role requires an RN license in the hosting state, a master’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership with budget and staff oversight experience. The position is on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license current in the state where campus is located.
• Master’s or higher degree in nursing, education, or administration from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum two years in an administrative position.
• Minimum two years teaching experience in post-licensure nursing programs.
• RN with direct patient care experience and/or equivalent as determined by the Board.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong written/spoken communication.
• Commitment to diversity and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to supervise, plan, budget and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing program supervision, development and evaluation.
• Plan, develop, manage and evaluate program aspects including budget and staff.
• Coordinate clinical sites, curriculum development and board compliance.
• Advise students and manage admissions, orientation and student support.
• Develop articulation agreements with nearby colleges for program transfer.
• Maintain partnerships with clinical sites and external organizations.
• Lead faculty meetings, recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Ensure quality of instruction, program reviews and strategic planning.
