Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Site & Simulation Operations Manager to lead on-site delivery of School-in-a-Box programs and ensure readiness of labs, classrooms, and simulation spaces.

You will work with faculty to schedule labs and events, manage equipment and proctoring needs, and maintain compliance with safety and accreditation standards while supporting student-centered experiential learning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or transferable experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in site operations, laboratory support, simulation environments, or educational program coordination.
• Experience supporting hands-on or skills-based learning preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-centered academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site operational lead for School-in-a-Box instructional delivery.
• Coordinate daily site activities, classroom usage, lab scheduling, and space readiness.
• Maintain site calendars to support labs, simulations, assessments/testing, orientations, and events.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accreditation requirements, and safety standards.
• Act as a liaison between faculty, campus leadership, and external partners.
