Unitek Learning in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Site & Simulation Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day on-site operations and provide hands-on support for simulation and skills-based learning. This role partners with faculty to ensure labs, OSCEs, and activities run smoothly, while maintaining equipment readiness and classroom environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred for healthcare, education, operations, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in site operations, laboratory support, simulation environments, or educational program coordination.
• Experience supporting hands-on or skills-based learning.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-centered academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site operational lead for School-in-a-Box instructional delivery.
• Coordinate daily site activities, classroom usage, lab scheduling, and space readiness.
• Maintain site calendars to support labs, simulations, assessments/testing, orientations, and events.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation requirements, and safety standards.
• Act as a liaison between faculty, campus leadership, and external partners to support smooth program execution.
