Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience within managed care, MSO, IPA, Medicare Advantage, or Medi-Cal preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership and support to Fresno operational teams.
• Monitor site performance and address gaps with department leaders.
• Promote accountability and service excellence.
• Support compliance with CMS, DHCS, DMHC, HIPAA and organizational requirements.
• Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, onboarding and training initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional site operations and drive process improvements.
