Job summary

NWU in Boston, MA is seeking a student education role to develop curricula and deliver clinical training across multiple disciplines. You will support education programs, create materials, and help advance talent development while providing exceptional patient care under supervision.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and possess strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a post-secondary degree program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, technical, documentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, under supervision, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop education curricula, training materials, and programs aligned with talent needs.
• Provide student education duties including clinical training and patient care.
• Educate residents, fellows, Pharmacy, Imaging, medical students, and interns.
• Support daily business activities under supervision.
• Contribute to defined projects with learning objectives.
• Apply corporate values in healthcare service delivery.
• Maintain collaborative team relationships to support group goals.
• May access PHI/HIPAA identifiers in daily tasks.
