Stryker is offering a Medical Education internship designed to give hands-on exposure to course coordination and data-driven program support. You will work with leaders, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn how Medical Education aligns with business priorities.

You will gain experience documenting processes, presenting findings, and collaborating across internal teams while developing professional communication and project-management skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. with no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the coordination and execution of Medical Education courses, programs, and related activities.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data from Medical Education programs to support reporting and continuous improvement.
• Develop an understanding of the Medical Education strategy, priorities, budgeting, and how these support planning and execution.
• Build knowledge of customer profiles and how we engage with customers to support business and educational objectives.
• Learn key training and Medical Education workstreams and contribute to cross-functional coordination across internal teams.
• Capture and apply customer feedback to help the team understand needs and improve experiences.
• Apply internal branding guidelines to ensure communications and program materials are consistent and professional.
• Utilize internal tools to collaborate effectively and support program execution.
