Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager - District I to lead daily operations of the Milwaukee District. You will guide healthcare equipment delivery, service teams, and district profitability to meet budget targets.

The role requires 3 years of management experience, a healthcare background, and strong financial acumen to manage contracts and account margins. Flexibility with hours and travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with budget management and contract oversight (P&L).
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel up to 10–25%.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily district office operations and staff to meet financial and operating targets.
• Set strategic direction for the district team and ensure execution.
• Oversee delivery of equipment and services to exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to grow district revenue and manage margins.
