Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician I in Milwaukee District to support delivery and equipment management for healthcare facilities. You will load and transport medical equipment, interact with customers to explain use, and maintain accurate paperwork for billing and inventory.

The position requires a valid driver's license, willingness to work flexible hours, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Training provided, with opportunities in a nationwide service network.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Have customer service experience; hospital setting is helpful.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays for a 24/7 schedule.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; able to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, kneel.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers and return equipment to the office.
• Educate and engage customers at delivery, explaining features and functionality.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
