Qualifications

• Evidence of increasing supervisory or management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; analytical and strategic thinking.
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of dispatchers and route couriers across Arizona.
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to frontline logistics staff.
• Oversee operational goals, budgets, and resource planning.
• Monitor quality metrics and QA/QC activities in the area.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
