You will learn to manage meals, ensure health and sanitation standards, train staff, handle inventory, and deliver excellent resident and guest service in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in dining services or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Certifications (FPM, FSM, CDM/CFPP) required during the program.
• Valid driver's license.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
