Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is offering a structured, paid 16-week Dining Services Manager in Training program in a healthcare setting. You’ll learn to manage dining operations with hands-on and computer-based training, developing skills to oversee accounts and drive resident satisfaction.

Join a supportive team, adhere to health and safety standards, and progress toward independent management roles as you complete the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in dining services or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Residency within the service area required.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.
• Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM), Food Service Manager (FSM), Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM), and CDM,CFPP certifications during the development program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
