Job summary

The ideal candidate will lead and develop teams, manage financial performance, support recruitment, training, and engagement while ensuring compliance and safety across all venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice, retail, hospitality, or dining management experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced service environment.
• Catering and event management experience preferred.
• Retail merchandising, marketing, and promotional program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of hospital retail dining locations, including cafés, coffee shops, physician lounges, and catering services.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction across all retail venues.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop frontline team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee retail merchandising, promotional activities, and marketing efforts to drive participation and sales.
• Manage cash handling procedures, point-of-sale operations, and financial controls.
