Job summary

Sodexo Senior Living in Manassas, VA seeks a General Manager 3, Food to lead dining operations at Birmingham Green for 300 residents. You will oversee a team of one manager and ~30 hourly staff, ensuring top-quality service and Sodexo standards in a healthcare environment.

The role requires a CDM or willingness to obtain within one year, plus strong leadership and hospitality skills to drive client relationships and financial results.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of food service management experience at a director/general manager level.
• Dietary manager certification (CDM) or willingness to obtain within one year.
• Strong leadership, hospitality, and collaborative work style.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate professionally.
• Working knowledge of Sodexo FMS and MSC; proficient in computers and reporting.
