Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Analyst for the Timpani Centralized Scheduling & Staffing (CSS) team.

The analyst will translate staffing and workforce needs into actionable product requirements, perform analyses, and communicate insights to nursing, operations, and technology partners. You will work with product owners and clinicians to drive workflow improvements and adoption, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Master's degree preferred in healthcare, informatics, analytics, business, or technology.

Responsibilities

• Translate staffing and workflow needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for technical delivery.
• Define key results and measures for nursing adoption, utilization, documentation time, and workflow efficiency.
• Support Product Owner with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness.
• Prepare analyses and materials for product demos, reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Develop Objectives and Key Results and measurement strategies for nursing documentation outcomes.
• Collaborate with data engineers to create data pipelines, dashboards, and analyses for product and workflow metrics.
• Map current and future nursing documentation workflows with UX partners; identify pain points and opportunities for ambient documentation to reduce burden.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into prioritized feature specifications and improvements.
• Support pilot readiness, training, communications, and scaling across nursing environments.
• Prepare analyses for product demos and pod report-outs; communicate adoption, utilization, quality, and outcomes insights to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to Code of Conduct and Mission & Values.
