Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Product Analyst II to support the Hospital Based Service (HBS) line. You will analyze requirements, implement and train on specialty clinical systems, and provide onsite support during go-lives across anesthesia and neonatology workflows.

You will collaborate with hospital leaders, providers, and IT teams, coordinating testing, configuration, and knowledge transfer while supporting continuous system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with clinical applications, implementations or support preferred.
• Knowledge of HCA Healthcare IT processes & tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements by engaging end users and stakeholders.
• Perform site visits to gather data and understand clinical workflows.
• Configure and test applications with vendors and prepare go-live environments.
• Lead virtual and onsite trainings for clinical teams and IT staff.
• Provide onsite go-live support and coordinate implementation activities.
• Plan go-live and ensure knowledge transfer for end users.
