Healthcare Device Technician

Role Overview: Responsible for managing a Product Collection Program at customer sites as part of a recycling initiative. A personal vehicle is required for site-to-site transportation.

Essential Functions & Requirements:

  • Prioritize health and safety, adhering to policies and safe practices
  • Conduct inspection services, including bin inspections, data collection, packaging, and facility assessments
  • Prepare weekly activity reports via mobile app and collaborate with clients for efficiency
  • Manage project billing and inventory of supplies
  • Maintain credentials for service at client locations
  • Complete required training provided by Arcwood
  • Assist customers during off-hours as needed
  • Support team with additional duties as assigned

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Previous work experience, preferably in customer service
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record screening
  • Physical ability to push loaded carts
  • Reliable attendance
