Healthcare Device Technician

As a Healthcare Device Technician, you will manage a Product Collection Program at customer sites, requiring reliable transportation between locations.

Essential Functions & Requirements:

  • Prioritize health and safety by following policies and safe practices
  • Conduct inspections, collect data via mobile app, and prepare shipment of containers
  • Submit weekly activity reports and work with clients to improve program efficiency
  • Handle project billing and inventory management
  • Maintain credentials to access client sites
  • Complete required training and respond to off-hour customer needs
  • Support team duties as assigned

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience:

  • Previous work experience, preferably in customer service (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

Competencies:

  • Alertness and safety awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Physical ability to push carts loaded with containers
  • Reliable attendance
