Healthcare Device Technician

As a Healthcare Device Technician, you will manage a Product Collection Program at customer sites as part of a recycling initiative. A personal vehicle is required for site-to-site transportation.

Essential Functions & Requirements:
  • Prioritize health and safety, adhering to policies and safe practices
  • Provide inspection services, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging, and facility inspections
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and collaborate with clients for program efficiency
  • Handle project billing and inventory management
  • Maintain credentials for client site access
  • Complete all required training
  • Respond to customer needs during off-hours as needed
  • Support team with additional duties as assigned
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
  • Previous work experience, preferably in customer service
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Competencies:
  • Alertness and safety awareness
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Physical ability to push carts loaded with containers
  • Consistent attendance
Vaccines / Testing:

Site access may require immunizations and health screenings, including flu, COVID, and TB testing. Failure to comply may result in denial of access.
