Meadows & Ohly LLC, a leading healthcare real estate services firm, seeks a Development Team Manager to oversee outpatient development projects, lease fit-ups, and budgets from planning through delivery. You will collaborate with clients, planners, and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare development PM, strong leadership, budgeting, and negotiation skills, plus experience with A/E teams and construction management processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive healthcare development project management experience including projects $35–$100 million.
• Experience leading planning, design, preconstruction, and cost control activities.
• Excellent budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist in feasibility analysis and coordinate with clients, planners, and vendors.
• Lead A/E qualification, selection and contract negotiations.
• Oversee design development, construction documents, and budget adherence.
• Manage project cost control, schedules, and monthly reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality, and infection prevention across projects.
