Meadows & Ohly, LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant Construction Program Manager to support planning, execution, and administration of healthcare construction and facility development projects. You will work closely with Program Managers and stakeholders to help ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes organization, detail orientation, and a pathway into healthcare construction, development, and program management careers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• Experience in construction, development, project management is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, execution, and administration of healthcare construction projects.
• Assist with budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial tracking.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, logs, and distribute minutes.
• Support communications with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Assist with permits, bidding, invoicing, and project closeout.
• Attend site visits and stakeholder meetings.
• Create presentations and marketing materials for internal/external audiences.
• Support business development initiatives and special projects.
