Meadows & Ohly LLC is seeking an Assistant Construction Program Manager to support healthcare construction projects nationwide. You will help with planning, budgeting, scheduling, contracting, and documentation while coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience in construction, development, or project management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, execution, and administration of healthcare construction projects.
• Assist with budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial tracking.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and distribute minutes.
• Communicate with contractors, consultants, and clients throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist with permitting, bidding, contract administration, and closeout activities.
• Attend site visits and stakeholder meetings as needed.
• Create presentations and project reports for internal and external audiences.
• Support departmental initiatives and special projects.
