Job summary

Meadows & Ohly LLC in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Development Team Manager to oversee outpatient development projects and lease fit up from feasibility to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and design coordination with A/E teams and consultants.

You will lead project negotiations, cost control, and stakeholder communications, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery across the lifecycle of healthcare construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with five years related construction experience.
• Experience with medically related construction preferred but not required.
• Must pass background, credit and drug screen.
• Five years progressive healthcare development project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners, planners and associates in project feasibility analysis.
• Interface with client administration, property managers and vendors.
• Lead A/E qualification, selection and contract negotiations.
• Lead qualification and contract negotiations for other team consultants.
• Review, negotiate and approve A/E and consultant additional work requests.
• Supervise programming and planning efforts of the selected architect.
• Develop and adhere to development budgets and schedules.
• Provide design direction and manage overall design process.
• Provide project cost control and timely budget reports.
