Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred.
• Previous construction, development, project management, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in planning, execution, and administration of healthcare construction projects.
• Assist with project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial tracking.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain action logs, and distribute minutes.
• Support contractor, consultant, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with permitting, bidding, contract administration, invoicing, and project closeout activities.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as needed.
• Create presentations, project reports, and marketing materials for internal/external audiences.
• Support departmental initiatives and business development efforts.
