Qualificações

• 12+ years in healthcare project management, including large-scale capital programs.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of facility planning, design, construction, activation, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Business development and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead healthcare capital programs and project portfolios to meet budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Advise healthcare executives and key client stakeholders.
• Grow accounts and identify opportunities for expanded services.
• Lead and mentor Senior Program Managers and project teams.
• Oversee planning, procurement, construction, activation, and compliance.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, risk, and contracts.
• Support business development through pursuits, proposals, and presentations.
• Prepare executive-level reports for clients and leadership.
• Foster collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
