Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician.
Hands on field technical support.
Experience reimaging Windows machines.
Expert in troubleshooting Outlook applications.
Experience with a ticketing system to resolve a technical issues.
Customer centric, can-do attitude.
Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and high character.
Hands on experience going through a Windows migration.
CompTIA A+ certification.
Experience with ServiceNow.
Any prior hands on Mac support experience.
Experience working with O365.
