Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Desk Side Analyst to deliver IT services, manage hardware break fixes, and perform upgrades to ensure timely, reliable, and cost-effective support for a multi-site environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields and 3 years (or 6 years) of relevant experience, with strong communications and ability to work under pressure. Travel to off-sites and on-site support are expected components of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, telecommunications, or information sciences.
• 3 years experience or 6 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage/repair all technology hardware including computers, printers, and scanners.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories and spare stock.
• Troubleshooting some software as needed.
• Adheres to all documented processes.
• Travel to off-sites to provide same level of support as the main campus assignment.
• Assist with project assignments to implement new technologies or hardware.
• Provide on-call and project support as needed.
• Assist with movement of I&T assets (receiving new equipment or decommissioning end-of-life equipment).
