Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related IT experience in healthcare or enterprise IT environments.
• Experience supporting hardware and end-user devices in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side support for hardware including computers, printers, phones and patient care devices.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories and ensure devices are compliant with standards.
• Ensure SLAs are met and report issues to the IT manager promptly.
• Collaborate with biomedical, project management and clinical teams to deliver consistent IT experiences.
