Job summary
Simile is a leading Simulation Company delivering AI-enabled deployments within enterprise teams. You will manage 1–2 customer relationships, drive deployments end-to-end, and become fluent enough in Simile’s platform to contribute in technical conversations with Fortune 500 clients.
The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem solving, and close collaboration with product and research teams to deliver real value across industries, including healthcare and pharma.

Responsibilities
- Own your Customers: be the trusted point of contact for customers, responsive and detail-oriented.
- Drive Deployments: manage enterprise engagements from first call to full deployment and beyond.
- Know the Product: become fluent with Simile’s platform and its simulations, population modeling, evals, and validations.
- Work Cross-functionally: bridge customer needs with product and modeling teams to shape internal decisions.
- Shape the Business: lead high-impact projects spanning how we land new customers and improve simulation quality.
