Job summary

Strata Decision Technology in Chicago, IL seeks a Consultant on the Staff Augmentation team to administer and optimize the Strata Decision Support solution, handling data reconciliation, cost model config, and reporting. You will collaborate with customer stakeholders to maximize value and adoption, with guidance from a senior team member.

You will drive cost accuracy, respond to ad-hoc inquiries, and contribute to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and product advocacy while growing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare industry experience in finance, operations, analytics or cost accounting.
• Strong time management with multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform DS solution administrator functions: data reconciliation, cost model configuration/auditing and reporting.
• Collaborate with customer and seniors to implement DS enhancements for cost accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as DS and cost accounting SME answering ad-hoc questions and industry best practices.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve customer and team satisfaction.
• Advocate for Strata product suite.
