• Provide client service deliverables including configuration, auditing, and reporting within the Decision Support solution with high-value client experience while managing budgets and timelines.
• Provide recommendations on cost model design and reporting; understand client accounting, data, and organizational structure.
• Partner with clients to support and drive Decision Support tool adoption and present cost margin data to highlight key takeaways and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with clients to drive Decision Support tool improvement by identifying growth areas and implementing cost accuracy and efficiency projects (e.g., acquisition costs).
• Mentor junior team members and support development of cost accounting, healthcare finance, and client support skills.
