Strata Decision Technology is seeking a Senior Consultant, Staff Augmentation for the Decision Support practice in Chicago, IL. You will deliver cost accounting and analytics services to healthcare clients, supporting adoption and optimization of the Decision Support tools.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with sales and client experience teams, and travel up to 20–35% to customer sites as needed. The role requires strong communication, executive presence, and a growth mindset.

Competenze

• Proven cost accounting experience in healthcare finance and analytics.
• Knowledge of accounting and Decision Support reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

Mansioni

• Provide client service deliverables including configuration, auditing, and reporting within the Decision Support solution with a high-value, budget-conscious approach.
• Offer recommendations on cost model design and reporting; understand client accounting, data and structure.
• Partner with clients to drive Decision Support tool adoption and present data to highlight key takeaways and opportunities.
• Identify growth areas and lead cost accuracy and cost model efficiency projects.
• Mentor junior team members in cost accounting, healthcare finance, and client support.
