Job summary

Strata Decision Technology is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant for its Decision Support team. You will implement StrataJazz across cost accounting, service line margin analytics, and episode analytics at major health systems nationwide.

You will configure, validate, report, and test features while managing timelines and budgets. You will lead customer meetings, provide trainings, and communicate risks with proactive action plans in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience independently leading customers through complex projects with a focus on timeline and budget.
• 2–3 years experience implementing and configuring software.
• 2–3 years experience working in healthcare finance and/or clinical healthcare operations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations up to 20–35%.

Responsibilities

• Implement significant components of StrataJazz, specific to Cost Accounting, Service Line Margin Analytics, and Episode Analytics at multiple customers across the country.
• Configure user requirements, validate functionality, build reports, develop workflows, and test key features while delivering on time and budget.
• Lead customer meetings and trainings to ensure understanding of StrataJazz features and functions.
• Communicate risks and issues to Strata team and executives, and develop action plans to mitigate them.
• Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
