Strata Decision Technology, LLC is seeking a Consultant for the Staff Augmentation team in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on administering and optimizing Strata Decision Support solutions, managing data reconciliation, cost model configuration, and reporting to drive adoption and cost accuracy.

You will collaborate with customer stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will work in a hybrid setting with travel to customer locations as needed and a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare finance, operations, analytics or cost accounting experience.
• Strong time management with multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and listening; consultative responses.
• Collaborative with customer finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform DS administrator functions: data reconciliation, cost model configuration/auditing, reporting.
• Partner with customer and senior team to implement DS enhancements for cost accuracy/efficiency.
• Serve as DS and cost accounting SME addressing ad-hoc questions and best practices.
• Contribute to team initiatives to improve customer and team satisfaction.
• Advocate for the Strata product suite.
