Job summary

BRG’s Integrated Health Solutions practice seeks a Consultant to apply advanced analytics, data engineering, and technology to optimize healthcare revenue cycles. You will lead engagements, design analyses, and develop client-ready deliverables while mentoring junior staff in a hybrid work setting across multiple U.S.

offices. The role requires 3+ years in analytics, strong SQL/Snowflake and BI tool skills, and the ability to manage processes within a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent in analytics, CS, economics, finance, accounting, statistics, econometrics, public health, engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of work experience focusing on workforce productivity analytics and/or managed care data analytics development.
• Proven capability with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau/Power BI is necessary.
• Knowledge and experience with other analytical software/languages (Python, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, MS Access, Alteryx, Databricks) is beneficial.
• Willingness to expand those capabilities is helpful.
• Desire and ability to manage processes and other consultants.
• Commitment to producing high quality analysis and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Management of junior staff and project work streams.
• Design of statistical and financial analyses and modeling.
• Quality control and development of client deliverables.
• Expansion of client relationships and industry research.
• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium client engagements and discrete segments of larger projects.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and review work for completeness and accuracy.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional/financial data.
• Generate client deliverables and contribute to expert reports.
• Communicate results and work product to clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrate creativity and use of relevant software/tools to develop solutions.
