Qualifications

• Two to four years of healthcare industry or consulting experience in revenue cycle performance improvement and process reengineering.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., BS, BBA, MBA, MHA, MA, or MS) is required; focus in related discipline preferred.
• An applicable industry certification (e.g., CRCR, CHFP, CHAM, CRCE-I, or CRCE-P) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of client engagements in revenue cycle across DNFB, A/R days, and cash acceleration.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional and financial data.
• Prepare client deliverables and presentations; manage relationships at various levels.
• Use R, SQL, and Python for analyses and modeling.
• Assist with project charters, workplans, and transition documents.
