Job summary

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) seeks a Managing Consultant in as part of the Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice. You will design data-driven analytics solutions for Revenue Cycle, build dashboards, and mentor junior staff while managing client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in Revenue Cycle with Cerner/Epic experience and proficiency in SQL/Snowflake and Tableau/Power BI. Some travel is expected to support engagements across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle.
• Experience leading Denials Avoidance/Prevention initiatives with measurable financial results.
• Experience across the entire Revenue Cycle (Patient Access, HIM/Coding, and Patient Financial Services).
• Cerner or Epic experience; SQL/Snowflake and Tableau/Power BI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs data collection (quantitative and qualitative) and analysis to solve client problems.
• Designs data-driven analytics solutions to support Revenue Cycle initiatives.
• Builds dashboards and reports translating analytics into actionable client insights.
• Mentors junior team members and manages client relationships at the representative level.
