Job summary

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant to support healthcare-focused engagements. You will design analyses, build financial models, and present results to clients, while guiding junior staff and ensuring quality deliverables.

The role requires 3+ years of analytics experience, proficiency in SQL/Snowflake and BI tools, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. Travel up to 20% may be needed.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent in analytics, computer science, economics, finance, accounting, statistics, econometrics, public health, engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of work experience focusing on workforce productivity analytics and/or managed care data analytics development.
• Proven capability with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau/Power BI is necessary; knowledge of Python, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, MS Access, Alteryx, Databricks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium client engagements and discrete segments of larger projects.
• Delegate assignments to staff, instruct and monitor progress, review work for completeness and accuracy.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data.
• Generate client deliverables and contribute to expert reports.
• Manage client relationships and communicate results and work product.
• Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of software tools and analytical methods.
• Participate in group practice meetings, contribute to business development and staff training.
• Prioritize assignments to meet goals and deadlines.
