Job summary

BRG's Integrated Health Solutions practice seeks a Data Analytics Consultant to support healthcare providers, payers, and investors with strategic, operational, financial, and clinical insights.

The position involves managing engagement work streams, building financial models, performing analyses, and presenting deliverables. Travel up to 20% may be required. Candidates should have 3+ years of analytics experience and strong SQL/Snowflake and BI tool skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics, computer science, economics, finance, accounting, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience with a focus on workforce productivity analytics and/or managed care data analytics development.
• Proficiency with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau/Power BI; familiarity with Python, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, MS Access, Alteryx, Databricks is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium client engagements.
• Delegate assignments to staff and review work for accuracy.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data.
• Generate client deliverables and contribute to expert reports.
• Manage client relationships and communicate results.
• Demonstrate creativity in applying software tools and models.
• Participate in group practice meetings and support business development.
