Responsibilities

• Execute routine data entry tasks for the Data Services function.
• Support Finance with underwriting and account management data deliverables.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory for claim adjudication.
• Perform data service intake triage and respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Audit provider information and escalate issues to management.
• Support Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization initiatives.
• Follow management guidance to understand and execute key processes.
• Respond to auditor data requests and discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
