Qualifications

• Experience with EMR systems and healthcare datasets.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and prepare data from EMR, regulatory databases, and internal tools.
• Conduct descriptive and exploratory analyses to identify trends and quality improvement opportunities.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports summarizing performance indicators and quality metrics.
• Create clear data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, IT to address data quality concerns.
• Support enterprise quality improvement and patient safety initiatives with data insights.
• Assist senior analysts with data preparation, trend identification, and results interpretation.
