Job summary

Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to evaluate, design, and support facility information systems to improve operations. You will work with IT, clinical staff, and department leaders to align needs with technology and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will configure and maintain systems, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, generate reports, and contribute to training materials while upholding HIPAA and cybersecurity standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination.
• 2-4 years experience in systems analysis or IT support.
• Healthcare IT or EHR experience preferred.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement facility information systems.
• Collaborate with end users, IT teams and leadership to define requirements.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems for reliability.
• Support deployment and integration of new applications and upgrades.
• Develop documentation, workflows, and training materials.
• Provide user support and escalate complex issues.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to guide decisions.
• Ensure HIPAA, cybersecurity, and IT policy compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for updates and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
• Attend to other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance.
