Job summary

You will identify trends and insights to enhance patient care and operational performance. You will collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and leaders to deliver accurate analyses, dashboards, and reports, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, CS, statistics, mathematics, information systems, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience working with healthcare data systems and EMRs (e.g., Cerner, Medhost, Epic) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, cleans, and prepares data from various sources (e.g., EMRs, financial systems, regulatory datasets, surveys) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conducts descriptive, exploratory, and statistical analyses using appropriate analytical tools and methodologies.
• Writes and executes SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators and findings effectively.
• Prepares and delivers reports summarizing data trends, performance metrics, and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address data-related questions and inform business decisions.
• Assists senior analysts with data preparation, advanced analytics, and reporting activities on assigned projects.
• Manages multiple data requests and projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
